If that doesn't do the trick come to Sundays performance at the Cenre Culturel. Its the Sera Monastery European Peace Tour and they'll be enacting sacred dances from Tibet at 6.00pm. Starting at 9.00 in the morning they'll be building a mandala from coloured sand and at 8.00 pm practical tchenrezi. ( I dunno either) Then at 10.00pm the mandala will be dissolved in the Aude.
Its 12 euros but all profits go to the monastery in the north of India which houses the Tibetan exiles.
