Tilling welcomes bicylists...

...but only if they are going from the new bridge to the rec., still its a start - bizarre, as it must be the least car-used road in Tilling since it reaches a dead end. And anyway you can cycle on the verge under the trees.
I hear rumours of a roundabout at the top too (where the flags are), which leads to the inescapable conclusion that the mayor has got some road infrastructure money that must be used.
At least a roundabout will slow the traffic.I have absolutely no idea what or where this is, has anyone else?
and below of course are little fishes, clearly visible (if you click on the pic and big it up) Snapped in the mighty River Aude, by the bicycle path.
Both the Independent and La Depeche today carry articles on excitements at Rennes-le-Chateau. The nephew of the mysterious Abbé Saunier is trying to claim his, the priests', prayer book, taken from his grave when he was dis-interred prior to being reburied by the museum.
It seems that permission had not been given by the family to move his body.
Since this is well known locally, it has been assumed - certainly by me - that they didn't move him, just closed the graveyard and created a new (empty) tomb. Why? Because then you have to pay to get into the museum and reach it, of course. Though why you should want to see his tomb, hey, what do I know. Interesting that the mayor and team HAVE moved him, anyway.

Would look up the links but late for dinner. More anon.
